No, I haven’t ruled a country… yet. I think leadership and management go hand in hand but are different at the same time. Leading requires a little more than good management skills.

I think a good leader should be able to manage but someone with good management skills can’t always lead. Leadership is about having a vision and then initiating the necessary steps to achieve that vision, taking others along. Below are some qualities I have tried to develop to become a good leader.
